Ability for Network administrator to unlock accounts

We are using generic account for signage live so if a user locks the account they will not receive an email that the account is locked. Once it has been locked the Signagelive administrator can access the generic email account and see it has been locked, however they cannot unlock the account and have to contact signagelive support. It would be much quicker and less work for the Signage live support staff for the network administrator to also be able to unlock the account.
