'Resources' in Microsoft Office 365 are items commonly shared by people: meeting rooms, special equipment, etc. Currently, Calendar Integration works by linking SignageLive to a personal shared calendar. The downside of this arrangement is that it's not automated: we wish to track a resource's use in a calendar or room widget, not a person's timetable. We can't create a special 'user' for a meeting room users must invite to log a calendar event, because user accounts can't automatically accept or reject meeting invitations.
Resource-focused calendar generation would be WAY better than person-focused. PLEASE have a look at addressing this :)
